Benington Lordship Gardens

Information for disabled visitors

The Gardens are set on a steep slope with many steps and are not suitable for wheelchair access. There is limited access around the courtyard and house and it is possible to enter the moat to see the snowdrops, Wheelchairs are not provided but a map is available from the entrance kiosk which shows suggested routes.

The tea rooms are accessible but there are no disabled toilet facilities in the house or gardens, these are only available in the nearby village hall on Sundays during February and most bank holiday openings

Although parking is not always permitted in the grounds disabled parking is provided at all garden events.
